The spray liquid is $0.23/oz and comes in your choice of a 16 oz Fillaree glass bottle with spray nozzle for an additional $7 or a refill jar to pour into your own spray bottle for a $2 refundable deposit. The 16 fl. oz jar is filled with only 13.5 oz to prevent spillage when opening.
